GTA 6 cast and voice actors

The original GTA 6 trailer made waves in the Grand Theft Auto community, leading many to wonder who will be playing the main GTA 6 characters, and the second trailer has only given fans more clues as to who might be in the game. Among the rumored GTA 6 cast are a few famous stars, but it’s also very likely that many mainstay GTA voices will make a return for the latest Rockstar Games release.

GTA 6 voice actors

Following the launch of the first GTA 6 trailer, fans were treated to four separate voice actors delivering several lines. We mostly heard from Lucia, one of the game’s main protagonists, with only one line heard from Jason, the other protagonist of GTA 6.

While the trailer did not confirm the names of any of the voice actors, the leading theory for Lucia’s casting is Manni L. Perez. Besides a striking resemblance to the GTA 6 character of Lucia, Manni L. Perez has several scenes in the popular TV show Law & Order which provide small voice snippets somewhat similar to the voice we heard in both the first and second GTA 6 trailers. Beyond that, several interviews with the actress have cryptically mentioned that Manni L. Perez’s career was shifting more towards voicework, and that she was to play a major character.

Sharing a similar appearance confirms nothing, but the actress has not refuted the claims, unlike Troy Baker who stated that he was not playing the role of Jason despite fan theories.

The second trailer, however, gave us many more lines of dialog to unpick. Among the current fan theories, the most credible seems to be the idea that Brian Heder, a major character in Jason’s life, is played by Stephen Root. Remaining characters to identify or theorize over include Roxy, Bae-Luxe, and Cal Hampton (who sounds suspiciously like Jack Black, but not quite at the same time).

Rumored GTA 6 cast members

While the second trailer might have given us a better idea at who could be playing Jason, there is very little concrete information in the wake of the trailer’s drop to tell us who is or isn’t in GTA 6. Popular theories placed Troy Baker, famous for his role as Joel in The Last of Us, as being a likely candidate for GTA 6’s Jason. However, Troy Baker has previously stated they are not involved with GTA 6.

Rockstar Games has famously kept a tight lid on their choice of cast, with Rockstar Games non-disclosure agreements historically preventing voice actors from revealing their involvement in a Rockstar Games production even to family members.

Thus, we will likely have to wait for the GTA 6 release date to get a fully confirmed GTA 6 cast list. Until then, check to see which GTA 6 characters have been confirmed in the game, and see if your PC can meet the GTA 6 system requirements.
